Step 2: Product Guide (Continued)
The lowered floor of a minivan conversion makes it possible for wheelchair and scooter users to drive or ride as a passenger at "normal" height—which means increased visibility and plenty of headroom. Access is enabled by a ramp which either folds out of the doorway or slides out from under the floor.
Braun has a number of different lowered-floor conversions built on a variety of minivan chassis. The Entervan is available on Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Grand Caravan, Chevrolet Uplander, and Buick Terraza chassis. The Rampvan is also available on Chrysler and Dodge chassis, and is the exclusive lowered-floor conversion for the Toyota Sienna.
